Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. For orders delivered to the 48 contiguous states:

  • Orders valued between $0.01–$54.99 will incur a flat shipping fee of $10.
  • Orders of $55 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after the order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, occasional delays may occur due to carrier-related issues beyond our control.

What if my products arrived damaged?

We know how frustrating that is! Don't fret, we'll get you a replacement ASAP. Here are the easy steps:

  1. Refuse it (if possible): If it arrives damaged and you can refuse the package, go for it.
  2. Take photos: If it gets delivered and is damaged, grab some photos of the box and the product.

We'll take care of the rest and get you a new one on its way!
